Brent Ferrin Associates is proud to offer the following
choices in an effort to best serve your project development needs.
Phase I One of our consultants will visit your resort site
for one full day, inspect the project and your plans and review
all project materials. We will meet with and answer any questions
from you, your attorneys, project planners, the project team, your
marketing company or anyone else you may choose to invite to the
meeting.
We will then prepare a written report of our findings and make
recommendations for the project.
The cost for Phase I is US $5,000, plus reasonable expenses to
complete the assignment.
Phase II We will prepare a Regional Competitive Market
Analysis for your project that will include the following:
- In-depth Project and Program Review with recommendations
- Recommendations regarding Project, Site and Unit Design
- Recommendations on project, product, target market and sales
& marketing programs
- Competitive market analysis and product positioning
recommendations
- Project financial proformas - including start-up and year
1 cash requirements
- Industry Overview
- One revision (if requested) following comments from the
project team
The cost for Phase II is US $25,000, plus reasonable expenses
to complete the assignment
Phase III We will provide guidance and training to the
resort through the Start-up period. This will include assistance
in staffing the resort with a strong management team. We will
also advise and consult with you regarding all aspects of the
development, marketing and sale of your resort including:
- Project Management and Administration
- Economics of Condominium and Timeshare projects
- Selection of a permanent Project Manager and other key sales & marketing and administrative personnel
- Critical Path Memorandum
- Operating Policies and Procedures
- Management and Staff Training
- Accounting Systems and Processes
- Reporting (e.g., Cost/Profit Analysis, Sales Performance, etc.)
- Condominium Rental Programs
- Appraisal and Assessment
- Maintenance

- Market Analysis and Mix

Fees for Phase III services are outlined in a one-year service
contract entered into by BFA and the client. In addition we will
be reimbursed for all reasonable expenses incurred in carrying out
our services. All travel will be pre-approved by the client.
BFA and the client may also negotiate an incentive plan to tie
a portion of BFA's compensation to performance against sales,
marketing and cost budgets.
