Timeshare and live entertainment marketing consulting company. Clients include Indian Point Resort, Cooper Communities, Roark Vacation Resort, Panorama Resort, Emerald Point Resort, Stillwaters Resort, Yakov Smirnoff Show, Ripleys Believe it or Not, The Virtual Market, Orion Automation, Shepherd of the Hills, Honeysuckle Inn, Palace Inn, Incredible Acrobats of China and many more. Qualified WAL-MART vendor partner.
Principal and Founder Responsible for running all aspects of the business with 7 employees.

1992 to present

Branson Getaways/Branson Hotline - Branson, Missouri
Lodging and theatre ticket brokerage company selling retail packages and generating 2,000+ OPC and 6,000+ telemarketing Mini-vacation timeshare clients annually. Company is contracted with over 70 theatrical productions and over 40 lodging facilities. Promoting Branson through a cooperative marketing campaign with 22 Branson theatres in 136 WAL-MART stores in 7 states.

Edgewater Beach Resort - Dennis, Massachusetts
Oceanfront timeshare resort on Cape Cod.
Project Director
Responsible for start up of this conversion project and all aspects of sales and marketing. Created the sales presentation and marketing plan. Recruited, trained and managed 40+ employees and achieved net close of 12+% with an $1,100.00 VPG.

Ocean Club on Smugglers Beach - S. Yarmouth, Massachusetts
Oceanfront timeshare resort on Cape Cod.

Director of Marketing
Responsible for creation of the marketing plan and budget for this 160 unit resort. Recruited, trained and Managed over 60 employees, created over 12,000 qualified tours annually to produce annual sales of $13 million. Created Cape Cod's only merchant program with over 60 area merchants referring clients to the resort.

Roark Vacation Resort- Branson, Missouri
Lakefront timeshare resort.

Assistant Project Director
Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating a sales staff of 30 and a marketing staff of 25. Created a sales presentation and a marketing plan to generate $5 million+ sales annually.

1979 to 1983

Spinnaker on Lake Dillon - Silverthorne, Colorado
Timeshare resort in the Colorado Rockies.

Responsible for training sales team and closing sales in a T.O. position. Worked from start up to sell out of this 54 unit resort.
