What do you do?
Brent Ferrin Associates serves the resort development community in the conceptualization, development and implementation of a successful resort program. We address all aspects of the resort, including: product design, market position, legal and regulatory issues, development and consumer financing, sales and marketing, resort management, etc.

We also offer Executive Recruiting services to the resort community and can be of assistance whether you are a developer seeking to staff a resort team, or key positions within a team, or an individual seeking the right opportunity in the resort industry.

Finally, Brent Ferrin Associates is also a resort and recreational development entity. We have developed all types of projects ranging from timeshare, through various forms of fractional and into whole ownership, as well as developable land and lot sales. Many of our projects reflect a mixed-use of these components.

We can help with any aspect of resort acquisition, resort development, resort sales and marketing, or resort staffing - whether the scope be narrowly focused or all encompassing. We work with corporate or independent resort developers seeking entry to or assistance in the Vacation Ownership Industry. We are experienced in all aspects of the resort real estate market and can guide any resort project through a successful program.
